How it is computed
Computed on every direct purchase from 2018 to today.
- Finalised direct purchases with a supplier (CUI) and a value are kept.
- The ceiling is the one in force on the day of publication, for the contract type: until September 2022 it was half of today's.
- The value is divided by the ceiling and expressed as a percentage.
- The purchase is flagged when the percentage is between 95% and 100%.
- Purchases above the ceiling are not counted: there a tender was mandatory anyway.
- Each purchase is judged on its own; nothing is added together.
